We have always passed by this place and never stopped. Whelp we finally did this summer and it was soo good! My kiddo the second time asked for a half and half of two of their special ice cones and they totally did it! I didn't think they would. Such a fun stop after we do our ninja classes down the street. Nice employee's plenty of space and a nice treat

It's been so hot lately so this shaved ice was a great idea to cool down. We parked and walked up to the window to order. They literally have every flavor imaginable, so it was hard to choose. I asked the worker what the most popular flavors were and he said one was the superhero, which was a mixed or blueberry and cherry. Service was fast and friendly and it tasted great.
If it's hot outside and you're debating whether to come to Pelican's or not... stop reading reviews on yelp and just go! But if you do want a more in-depth review... This is SUCH a cute spot located in Old Town Clovis. It used to be a gas station, but is now a colorful and busy snow cone spot. The snow cones are a reasonable price! There are four different sizes, over 100 flavors, and several toppings to choose from. Seating areas are shaded and include games like corn hole and connect 4. Service is pretty quick (only takes about a minute for your cone to be ready) but sometimes the line does get a bit long! Other notes: $1 discount for US Military, Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue (in uniform). There are also "pup cups" for $1-- which I'm guessing is just shaved ice. If you're in Fresno/Clovis, you have to pay this place a visit!
